These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the flight booking services made available through it ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By searching, browsing, or booking on this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
We operate an online travel search and booking platform that lets you compare flights across airlines, hold Dealss, and complete bookings. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline, hotel, or other travel supplier ("Supplier"); the actual contract of carriage or service is between you and the Supplier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to make a booking on this Platform. Bookings made on behalf of minors must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or accompanying adult.
3. Search results and pricing
Dealss, taxes, availability, and schedules displayed on the Platform are pulled from Supplier systems and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. The price shown at the time of payment is the price that applies; any currency conversion shown elsewhere on the site is indicative only (see Section 8).
4. Booking process
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or booking reference from us and/or the Supplier, and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel a booking before confirmation if the Deals or availability changes due to a Supplier error, or if payment cannot be verified.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on a valid, unexpired government-issued ID or passport.
- Check visa, passport, health, and travel-document requirements for your destination and transit points well before travel.
- Arrive at the airport within the check-in window specified by the airline.
- Review your itinerary, dates, and passenger details carefully before completing payment — name corrections and date changes after booking may attract Supplier fees.
6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes and cancellations are subject to the Deals rules of the Supplier at the time of booking, in addition to our own service fees. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
7. Fees and charges
In addition to the base Deals and Supplier taxes, we may charge a convenience or service fee for using the Platform, payment processing fees, and optional add-on charges (seat selection, baggage, insurance). All applicable charges are itemised before you pay. See our Payment & Fees page for a full breakdown.
8. Currency conversion tool
The currency selector at the top of the site converts displayed prices using indicative exchange rates for your convenience only. Your card or bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees at the time of the actual transaction, which may differ from the rate shown on the Platform. The amount charged in the booking currency is the amount that governs the transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost baggage, or any acts or omissions of a Supplier, airport authority, or government agency. Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the service fee we charged for arranging the booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Platform — including text, design, logos, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
